Come and join us for The Passport to Letterboxing Stamp Camp at
Battle Ground Lake State Park in Battle Ground, WA. Friday, August
27 thru Sunday, August 29. Make your reservations soon for the drive-
in camp sites by calling 888-226-7688. Tent and trailers sites
available as well as primitive sites on the other side of the park.
Visit www.parks.wa.gov for more information. All campsites include
fire pit and picnic table with restrooms and showers nearby.
Activities for the weekend will include:
Book binding and stamp carving workshops
Letterboxing 101 workshop for anyone who would like complete details
on what to do with hitch hikers, travelers, cookoo clues, mystery
clues, etc.
Activities for the kids such as crafts and Jr. Ranger Program.
Pandora's Birthday Party
Raffle with prizes for kids and Adults alike and trust us you
don't want to miss out on the opportunity to win some of these
prizes.
Event stamps for every event of the weekend Fill up your passports
with event stamps by several different artists!
Letterboxes galore! End the weekend with 3 new letterbox series plus
find other local letterboxes in the area if time allows in your
schedule! This is a weekend just made for PFX count increases!

Battle Ground Lake State Park activities include:
hiking/biking/equestrian trails, fishing, boating (non-motorized),
swimming, interpretive activities, baseball/softball/volleyball
fields, playground and bird watching. Call and make your reservations
today. Sites will fill up quickly! Please RSVP to Camp Fire Lady at
tinarie at msn dot come if you are planning on attending so that we
may have enough supplies. You are not going to want to miss this!
If anyone from out of town would like to attend the Stamp Camp and
would like additional information ahead of time please contact Camp
Fire Lady or myself off list.
